Shipping / Returns

Australia Post red Express Post bags are used for all deliveries so that parcels can be tracked.
At time of dispatch and email is sent advising the customer of the tracking number with a link to the Australia Post website so the delivery of your order can be tracked.

A price guide for postage charges is:

1-3/4 garments in a Small post bag with tracking (up to 1kg) – $12.00
Orders in a Medium post bag with tracking (up to 3kgs) – $16.00
Orders in a Large post bag with tracking (3-5kgs) – $20.00
Club orders or bulky parcels requiring an Extra Large post bag with tracking – $24.00

Yellow Priority Post bags can be used upon request and will be charged accordingly ($4 extra per bag size for Small to Large but $32 cost for XL Express bag).
A Courier Service can be used for large club orders if arranged to be dispatched directly from the supplier.

Orders are dispatched between 1 -2 business days. Please allow Australia Post up to 10 business days to receive your items if you live rural.

RETURNS

All returns for change of mind must be made within 14 business days. You can return for an exchange, credit or refund however postage is at your expense. You will receive an email notification once our return has been received however please note, it can take up to 5 business days for the bank to process the refund or the credit card site to return funds. The item must be returned as it was originally sent.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact me immediately via phone or email and I will endeavour to sort this out right away for you.

Returns: If you are unhappy with a chosen item due to sizing or a personal change of mind, you may post it back to the PO Box address and a replacement size or different garment can be dispatched free of charge. Alternatively, a credit or refund can be arranged.
